OEC Meeting
During the competition there is an OEC meeting organised, where two representatives of each participating country have the chance to discuss issues in connection with the OEC. The meeting participants all strive to make the event better. The two people representing their country are chosen by the dogdance club of their respective country.

At the meeting in Vienna 2024, the regulation of the OEC organization was established.
OEC committee:
5 people – 2 from last 2 countries, 1 from organizing country, 2 next countries
Problem: Always changes, no overview of responsibility.
Proposal: 2 part OEC committee: 3 people as permanent members (elected for 3 years)
Current arrangement in addition to the permanent members.
